Kong Ee

Kong Ee
Since his personal training career began in 2007, Kong Ee has encountered a variety of clients with different health and fitness goals. Passionate about the fitness industry, he always puts his clients' well-being first, pushing them beyond their limits to help them reach their goals.

Kong Ee has also been a Taekwondo practitioner since the age of 9. He achieved his 2nd Dan Black belt in 2001 and has won regional and international tournaments during his 14 years in the sport whilst in New Zealand.

As a trainer with the knowledge to deliver, he is dedicated to ensuring that results speak for themselves.
