Hasbul is an enthusiastic and committed individual who always puts his best foot forward in helping clients achieve their fitness goals. He advocates helping others to help themselves, stimulating their overall well-being using a holistic approach to exercise and nutrition. Armed with knowledge in Human Anatomy and Physiology, he has the right tools to rehabilitate clients with various musculoskeletal injuries whilst enhancing fitness and athletic performance, as well as promoting weight loss.

Hasbul has achieved personal success from his own training programme. With his knowledge and experience, he will motivate you to step outside your comfort zone with customised training tailored to your personal goals.
