An active, sporty and jovial person, Benjamin began embarking on his fitness journey in 2001 through personal strength training and body sculpting. Before this, he was just a skinny average 'Joe' among his peers. Along the way, he became ever more passionate about fitness and was impressed with the many benefits that fitness can bring to a person's psychological and holistic well-being. Since he personally went through the transformation himself, Benjamin fully understands what one has to go through mentally and physically to achieve their fitness goals and how to keep one motivated throughout the journey.
With this knowledge and close-to-home experience, Benjamin aims to inspire and guide you to become a new, healthier and confident you.
