Roy completed his Bachelor of Science in Sport and Recreation Leadership at the Hong Kong Baptist University. He holds a passion for fitness and sport, and loves to see results in his work.
His previous involvement with the Hong Kong Judo team and coaching and playing for football instilled a clear understanding of the high standards expected within elite personal training.
Roy specialises in football conditioning and has sound knowledge of nutrition, lifestyle improvement and the latest training techniques. He enjoys training clients who train hard and thrives on working devotedly with them towards their goals.
