Born and raised in Singapore, Rahmat's passion for sports and fitness exploded at a young age. He played professional soccer in his teenage years, whilst his fondness for swimming led him to compete in water-related sports such as triathlons and surfing. An all-rounded athlete, he feels it most rewarding when he shares his enthusiasm and knowledge. Through his innate fervour for staying active, he aims to motivate clients of all ages to achieve their health and fitness goals.
