Mirosh

Mirosh
Mirosh first came onto the fitness scene in 2013 as an 18-year-old teenager and has never looked back since. He trains for both bodybuilding and powerlifting and plays football recreationally. Making fitness part of his lifestyle has made him more disciplined in everything that he does. Being a Personal Trainer, Mirosh would love to educate, motivate and inspire those going through their fitness journey by guiding them every step of the way. Mirosh believes that progress, no matter how big or small, is still an achievement to be proud of.

Apart from bodybuilding and powerlifting, Mirosh also counts travelling and reading as his other hobbies.

• CPR + AED CERTIFIED (2017 - PRESENT)

• DIPLOMA IN SPORTS AND EXERCISE SCIENCES (2015)
• BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION WITH MANAGEMENT (Ongoing)
