Luqman

Luqman
A medical school graduate with a huge passion for fitness and nutrition since the first time he laid his foot on the gym floor, Luqman had known for a long time that that is the life he wants to live. Setting a goal to close the gap between sedentary folks and fitness enthusiasts, he started his career as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Weight Management Coach. He kept seeking knowledge and updating the latest meta-analysis regarding training and nutrition, busting all kinds of fitness/nutrition myths that make the general population think it's so hard to have a social life while having a dream body. This resulted in a science-based path to reach fitness goals that incorporated both workouts and nutrition. What Luqman preaches is a sustainable balance of a healthy and social lifestyle because physical health is just one aspect of health - others are social, emotional and spiritual health, all of which are taken into account when designing a workout and nutrition programme.

Luqman's education background and understanding of Human Anatomy and Physiology, Body Mechanics, and medical condition/injury are vital elements that he effectively utilises in constructing a cohesive workout plan for his clients. From his career, Luqman most enjoys inspiring and motivating others to keep on track and leading them closer to their ultimate goals.

Qualification Highlights
• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), International Medical School MSU
• Basic Life Support

Final Thought:
Your body achieves what the mind believes.
The moment you go through hell or pain, keep going - heaven is waiting on the other side.
You never know what your limit is until you push beyond what you think your limit is.

Be comfortable being uncomfortable, that's how you can be the best version of yourself.

Think About

Don't eat late at night
Try not to eat too much at night as you'll wear the calories the next morning. Instead, have a healthy dinner in the evening.

Get prepared
Prepare your gym bag the night before so you are all set to go.
