Jeremy
|
When Jeremy was younger, he was overweight and that was the moment when he realised he has to start doing something in order to be fit. It was a struggle at the start due to his unhealthy habits like eating junk food, so he told himself to start off slow and take baby steps like incorporating healthy food into his diet bit by bit, and working out more regularly. Jeremy adapted the mindset of "SLOWLY BUT SURELY". Fast forward 5-6 years, he's glad that he took the first step out of his comfort zone in order to be fit and healthy. No one ever said that it is going to be easy to have a healthy lifestyle, but it is all about how much or badly you want to make a difference in your life in terms of being healthy.

Think About
Don't eat late at night
Try not to eat too much at night as you'll wear the calories the next morning. Instead, have a healthy dinner in the evening.
Avoid processed sugars
Try to avoid 'white' sugars, which include table sugar, bread, pasta and rice, as these do not contain any valuable nutrients.
