Steven
|
Steven took up martial arts at the age of 14, specifically Jujitsu, Hapkido and Boxing. At the age of 16, he also started learning Muay Thai in Thailand with various champions of the sport. Steven remembered being bullied often by his seniors and not having the nerve to spar with stronger opponents. After 2 years of hardship under his trainer, he plucked up the courage to compete in his first match in Thailand, where he managed to defeat his opponent who was his senior. This was his turning point from having low self-esteem to being a confident person. Through Muay Thai, Steven came to understand the four fundamental values of discipline, respect, courage and perseverance.
Steven competed from 2003-2009, two of his featured matches being Muaythai Against Drugs 2005 and The Contender Asia 2008 undercut. In 2010, he pursued his passion in coaching clients from all walks of life. His accomplishments include training fighters for the World Championship 2014 and being the Singapore National Team Muaythai promoter from 2016-2018.
Steven's personal interests include jogging, swimming, taking care of horses & horse-riding.

Think About
Avoid processed sugars
Try to avoid 'white' sugars, which include table sugar, bread, pasta and rice, as these do not contain any valuable nutrients.
Try a new class
There are so many different types of classes available these days, why not try something new such as TRX or ViPR.
