Darryl

Darryl
Darryl started bodybuilding at the age of 14 and has been in love with it not just for aesthetics purposes, but for the huge impact it made on his mindset. Prior to that, he was not an excellent top-of-the-class student and did not have any interest in sports and reading. That is how bodybuilding impacted his life. He learnt discipline, perseverance and most critically, he understood that the mechanics of learning a new skill all have one thing in common - REPS. "The more you repeat a task, the better you get."

As an avid reader and fitness enthusiast, he will bring out and keep you at your optimum level, both physically and mentally.

Qualification Highlights:

Degree in Psychology
Bodybuilding since 2011
Calisthenics since 2012
Kbox Exxentric Workshop
SUPLES Training Systems - Bulgarian Bag workshop (2018)
SUPLES Training Systems - High Intensity Rope Training System (H.I.R.T.S) workshop (2018)
PTA Global Certified Personal Trainer (2018)

Final Thought:
People recognise motivation as an entity that will not last. Neither does bathing, ergo we recommend it daily.

Think About

Keep on the go
Try walking as an alternative to taking a car or bus. Walking is not only good for the environment, it's good for your health too.

Remember to warm up and cool down
Warming up and cooling down is important, they help increase flexibility and also decrease next day soreness.
