Mario developed his love for fitness when he began strength training with his own personal trainer and mentor in California. As he got stronger and saw his body change, he learnt that his body was capable of so much more than he had originally thought.
As a personal trainer, he hopes to start his clients on their own fitness journey whatever their fitness goals may be while educating them and helping them to appreciate themselves through fitness.
