Jonne started "as a fat guy way back in college", when he had difficulty doing sports such as basketball and volleyball and couldn't even fit the clothes that he wanted to wear. The realisation sunk in that he needed to change his lifestyle habits, so he decided to work out and eat healthily. From 105kg, Jonne now weighs 86kg which he maintains by working out 3-5 times a week and cutting down rubbish food in his diet. Proudly, he can now play basketball and volleyball and wear the clothes he wants!
Jonne wants to inspire people to adopt and maintain a healthy lifestyle - to achieve their goals of being physically fit. I believe that changes should come from within. If I can do, why others cannot do? I am here to help people and keep them motivated.
