Ida

Ida
Ida found an interest in lifting weights when she was 18. Her passion for weight training became stronger as she felt empowered by what her body could do, instead of just how it looked. Weight training has not only improved her physical health, but also her relationship with her body and food. It taught her self-love, patience and discipline, which contribute to all other aspects of her life.

She wants to empower people through fitness and to add value to people's lives in a meaningful way. 'Fitness' means different things to different people, and she wants to guide people in the right direction in discovering what it means to them.

Being a competitive powerlifter, Ida takes her training and nutrition seriously. The path to reaching her fitness goals was never easy, having gone through many ups and downs and trial and error. She is able to empathise with clients and understand the psychology behind staying motivated. She believes in building trust between trainer and client, and working with the client as a team. Being transparent about her own experiences and struggles, she helps clients overcome theirs and inspires them to make positive change in their life.

Her other personal hobbies include singing, writing, and pole dancing.

Final Thought:
You don't have to be strong or fit to train. You train, so you can get stronger and fitter. Do what you can with what you have. Fitness is a lifelong marathon, not a sprint.
