Yee Ler was introduced to gym fitness at the age of 11 under the supervision of a gym instructor, which got him interested in weightlifting. He further explored weightlifting in Polytechnic, choosing two fitness electives conducted by a bodybuilder. During his Polytechnic years, he also joined the dragon boat team and represented the school in competitions. Through dragon boating, he learnt a lot about his own physical limits as well as how far the human body can go.
Yee Ler has a passion for fitness and enjoys seeing people feel the positive effects of an active lifestyle. He aspires to provide the best training tailored specifically for his clients' goals.

Reflecting on his past personal training, Yee Ler has learnt that there are pros and cons to various styles of training and he aims to create a safe and effective workout for each individual. Human beings are more capable than we think, especially with the right knowledge, guidance, and support.

Final Thought:
Ultimately, I want to share the joy of training with as many people as possible. Training is like a marathon - slow and steady. To succeed, you must forget what is behind and strive towards what is ahead, powering on to reach your goal!

Think About

Eat regularly
Enjoy small meals regularly to provide you with enough energy for the day.

Keep on the go
Try walking as an alternative to taking a car or bus. Walking is not only good for the environment, it's good for your health too.
