Angelica

Angelica
Tired from being a serial dieter in order to maintain slim physique, Angelica turned to the gym in hopes to increase metabolism by gaining muscle mass. It wasn't long before she relished the empowering feeling of being able to lift off heavy weights, she couldn't even do a single push-up! Angelica started introducing lifting to her girlfriends who were past serial dieters like her. She thoroughly enjoyed helping her friends attain their health and fitness goals and then she realised that she could turn her passion into a career by being a personal trainer. Through fitness, she has learnt that great things come with hard work, dedication and grit. Conquering a workout is scientifically proven to improve focus and mood, which is why she believes that fitness is not only for attaining the physique goals, but also for developing strong athlete's mindset that can be applicable to many areas in life. She feels motivation comes from within, and she can help clients to see their progress and feel even more motivated with strategic progressive training. As long as you show up and give in all, you are already a winner.

Think About

Treat yourself
When you reach your goals, reward yourself with a spa treatment, a new outfit or even a weekend break.

Avoid processed sugars
Try to avoid 'white' sugars, which include table sugar, bread, pasta and rice, as these do not contain any valuable nutrients.
