Ivan
As a bodybuilder with competitive and training experience since 2005, Ivan has always sought to attain excellence from his fitness pursuits. Winning competitions and being consistently ranked top 5 in numerous bodybuilding events has given him tremendous gratification, but nothing thrills him more than knowing that all his accomplishments have resulted from his own two hands, dedicated mind-set and focused effort.

By being a trainer, Ivan realised he could impart his training knowledge and experience to his clients, so that they too could experience the joys of a fantastic workout and all its benefits. Whether it's to prepare for a special occasion or just desiring to become a better, healthier version of themselves, Ivan believes that a step towards their fitness goals is always a step in the right direction.
