Edwina

Edwina
Being active is nothing new to Edwina, who started Karate at the age of 12. She went on to represent Singapore at the 2005 Commonwealth Games in Wellington, New Zealand, clinching both gold and bronze medals. After 9 years of competing and teaching Karate, she trained with one of the pioneers of Muay Thai in Singapore and the sport has now become her choice of cardiovascular fitness.

To prepare for competitions, Edwina introduced Strength & Conditioning training into her routine. She became motivated by the incredible results and has found immense satisfaction from weight training ever since, especially as she loves to challenge herself in lifting heavier and harder each time.

Since she became a trainer in 2010, Edwina has learned that the key to being a great Personal Trainer is to connect individually with each client to truly understand them and their goals. Each of her sessions is a bespoke experience created for clients who come from all nations and walks of life. Their results are a testimony to her dedication and passion for a healthy, sustainable lifestyle.
