Before joining Pure Fitness, Salam had established a strong reputation as an elite personal trainer in various clubs around Singapore. He was also part of the Singapore Police Force as a Training Officer, as well as an entrepreneur and relationship manager in the finance industry. This all helped him to shape a focused and disciplined approach to customer relations and delivering value-added personal training solutions. Salam's repertoire of skills is diverse, with a particular flair for fitness training creativity that lead him to a variety of roles within the fitness industry and beyond.
