Gabriel

Gabriel started as a Personal Trainer in January 2007 and progressed to an Advance Personal Trainer within a year. Encouraged and enthusiastic, he pursued a diploma in Physiotherapy in 2011 and developed a deeper appreciation of the human anatomy.
Not only experienced in theory, Gabriel was a practising Physiotherapist at a medical centre in Kuala Lumpur (major acute care hospital) for two and a half years. With such hands-on knowledge in both training and therapy, he has every confidence in helping clients safely achieve their individual goals.
