Fadhli

Fadhli
Fadhli belonged to a family of fitness enthusiasts and so it was only a matter of time before he carried on their tradition. He developed a passion for it as early as age 14, learning about fitness training and nutrition. Soon after, he acquired his Diploma in Sports & Exercise Science.

He also loves outdoor activities, often incorporating them into his fitness routine. Perhaps one of his proudest achievements came in 2011 when he scaled 5364 metres of Mount Everest. It was no easy task but it is his belief that when you put your mind to something, you can achieve it. He applies the same determination and passion in everything that he does - and if there was one thing he wishes to impart to people, it would be that.

Think About

Keep on the go
Try walking as an alternative to taking a car or bus. Walking is not only good for the environment, it's good for your health too.

Eat a balanced diet
Fuel your body with a balanced diet - eat some protein, a healthy carb, and a small amount of fat.
