Felix started his fitness training at the age of 16 and soon fell in love with body building. After a few years of dedicated training, he went on to have his first bodybuilding competition when he was 21. He hopes his experience in bodybuilding competitions can offer a different perspective to his clients and enhance their training so they can reach their fitness goals.

• AASFP Advanced Personal Trainer Cert.
• Hong Kong Bodybuilding Championship 2010, Men's Youth Bodybuilding Championship, 3rd place
