I hadn't been very active before joining a gym in 2003. Muscle training has helped me with my confidence and belief in my ability. I'm passionate about weight training now and seeing how my body has responded to training has given me immense satisfaction. I find great solace at the gym and I have been training hard for my own peace of mind. My goal now is to become a professional bodybuilder. And I believe one day I will!
