Alan has been learning Taekwondo and Thai boxing since childhood. His early passion for and dedication to these sports eventually led him to train in Thailand with a local professional Thai boxer. Since then, he has deepened his commitment to both sports and has attended the Hong Kong Open Competition (for Taekwondo) over the years.
As a Boxing Trainer since 2004 and a Personal Trainer since 2009, Alan is an advocate of kick boxing to keep people moving - get the heart rate up, burn calories and increase muscle strength. He thrives on delivering results and helping people to feel better about themselves. And he will help clients effectively and enjoyably get fit by keeping them on their toes!
