Michael

Michael
Michael has been a personal trainer since 2004. Besides his background in swimming, he also has in-depth knowledge in weight management, posture, sport conditioning and flexibility training. Michael's ultimate ambition is to get people of all abilities fit.

Following a career in biotechnology, Michael decided to turn his hobby into a job and pursued a career in the fitness industry. He hasn't looked back since. Now an internationally qualified personal trainer, Michael's speciality is keeping his students motivated with FUN effective training and positive results! He is fully committed to and passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals.

• AASFP certified advanced personal fitness trainer
• New Zealand REPs certified advanced personal trainer
