Maxx L

Maxx L
Maxx is very passionate about leading a healthy lifestyle, and it mostly comes down to eating well and exercising. He sees how difficult this can be, due to changing patterns and people having more disposable income - things have become too convenient. Especially in a city like Hong Kong, people prefer to eat out to save the hassle of cooking and washing. This eating-out culture has given rise to overeating and obesity, with most teenagers and young adults leading an unhealthy and inactive lifestyle. Maxx believes in discipline and is committed to bodybuilding.

He began working on his body and overall fitness in 2007, travelled to Melbourne (Australia) and spent 7 years on his education and fitness training. Putting in the dedication and effort paid off - Maxx was sponsored by a health supplement company to take part in state and national bodybuilding championships.

Since then, he has developed a unique style of training that is very technical. Specifically with weight lifting, he tends to focus on lifting technique and method of muscle contraction. As a trainer, it is his desire to see clients achieve their goals not just in bodybuilding but in creating a healthy diet plan that leads to a healthy lifestyle - which Maxx believes is essential to bodybuilding.

Think About

Keep on the go
Try walking as an alternative to taking a car or bus. Walking is not only good for the environment, it's good for your health too.

Don't eat late at night
Try not to eat too much at night as you'll wear the calories the next morning. Instead, have a healthy dinner in the evening.
