Lona

Lona
Lona has learned the value of a healthy lifestyle because she was born with asthma. That's why she grew up in Canada playing lots of sports - swimming, tennis, golf, table tennis and taekwondo. She fully recovered from asthma thanks to leading such an active lifestyle.

At a very young age, Lona had already decided to study sports science and promote the importance of physical activity. Having represented the Canadian International School of Hong Kong in many different sports teams, she eventually earned "Athlete of the Year" in her senior year. Playing for HKU on the varsity tennis team also gave her the opportunity to travel to many different places to compete. Lona still plays competitive tennis in Hong Kong's top-tier division of league.

As a personal trainer, she believes that her passion coupled with a client's commitment will change lifestyle habits for the better.

Don't eat late at night
Try not to eat too much at night as you'll wear the calories the next morning. Instead, have a healthy dinner in the evening.
