Debby
Sports fueled Debby's passion for fitness ever since she was young. A born competitor, her love for rugby led her to represent her school in numerous competitions. From 2004 to 2008, she was a member of the Hong Kong Under 19 and the Hong Kong women's rugby teams, competing in several regional competitions.

She explored other aspects of fitness and found that she excelled in them too. From TRX, Bulgarian Bag, BOSU and others, Debby has added so much more than rugby to her fitness arsenal. This just goes to show that by starting with something you love, in this case sports and rugby, it can lead to bigger, better and more exciting things in fitness.

Think About

Don't eat late at night
Try not to eat too much at night as you'll wear the calories the next morning. Instead, have a healthy dinner in the evening.

Warming up and cooling down is important, they help increase flexibility and also decrease next day soreness.
