Sundance

Sundance
Fitness and nutrition have always been a part of Sundance's life. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 1986 with a degree in Culinary Arts/Nutrition. Whilst he excelled in that endeavour for 7 years, his interests eventually turned towards Clinical Nutrition.

Subsequently, he entered the field of Anti-Ageing Nutrition within Research and Development teams for several American companies. Sundance then enjoyed a career in nutritional product development for another 9 years. In 2007, he penned a Foods/Nutrition Column for COOK Magazine in Manila, Philippines.

From 1995 - 2000, he embarked upon a fitness adventure as a N.P.C. competitive bodybuilder - an extremely difficult yet completely fulfilling challenge. Sundance became a A.C.E. Certified Fitness Professional in 1993 and has continued to certify his fitness career since then. He has travelled extensively throughout North America, Mexico, Central America and the Philippines: "I have tasted deeply from many of the wells on the beautiful planet."
