Ben B
Ben was born and raised in Hong Kong, spending his formative years in the English Schools Foundation system. From a very early age, he was introduced to sports, which became his passion. Throughout childhood, Ben participated in a wide variety of sports, including swimming, judo, tennis, squash, football and kung-fu. He also took part in numerous sports competitions. His favourite sports were judo, tennis and football, and that showed in terms of the awards he won. His background in a diverse range of sports has given Ben an invaluable understanding for "benchmarking the best" and how to achieve a standard of excellence in performance.

Qualification Highlights
• Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology (with specialty in exercise science and fitness)
• Certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine
• 1991 Starbrook Sports international judo grading - outstanding player award
• 1992 Amateur Sports Federation and Olympic Committee of Hong Kong silver medalist
• 1992 Starbrook Sports international judo grading - gold medalist
• 1994 Starbrook Sports international judo grading - bronze medalist
• 1996 Starbrook Sports international judo grading - bronze medalist
• 1997 Starbrook Sports international judo grading - bronze medalist
• Blue belt status in judo - 1997
• Hong Kong Football Club - Member of the HKFC Colts football team for two years, playing in the Yau Yee League second division.
• Berenice Football Club - Member of the Berenice Sports Club first team in the California Premier Soccer Association Premier Division in San Francisco.
• Hong Kong Football Club - Member of the Lucky Mile football team in the third division of the Hong Kong Football Association league.
