CM
CM studied in the Sports Coaching department and majored in sports injury, sports biomechanics, sports psychology, anatomy and nutrition.

Also a basketball player since he was 12, CM specialises in Power, Speed, Agility training as he believes that exercise can improve sport performance.
He loves working out and looks forward to helping and motivating all his clients to achieve (and surpass!) their training goals.
