With an inherent passion for sports and a background in nutrition-related work, Joel decided to join the fitness industry and become a personal trainer. As a personal trainer since 2004, he believes knowledge, determination and patience are the keys to helping clients achieve their precise goals.

Client-trainer communication and trust is of utmost importance along this journey - and Joel is meticulous in providing both. He believes there may be many paths that lead to a destination, but to adopt the right attitude with the right methods en route to the destination is the most important concept to remember. To strive actively to achieve your goals gives your life substance and meaning.
