Born in Hong Kong and bred in both Hong Kong and Vancouver, Vivian has always been interested in fitness as it helped her find equilibrium in life. She became particularly drawn to Muay Thai and has been practicing it since 2008. Through her personal training journey, Vivian has deeply appreciated how physical exercise changed her life and hopes to share her professional knowledge, skills and passion with her clients.
