Otto is a personal trainer certified through the ITPFA and AASFP. He strongly believes that exercise helps transcend stress or any problems he is faced with in school or at work. Otto has a holistic approach to health which incorporates proper nutrition and exercise practices while also maintaining a healthy work/life balance. He loves working out and looks forward to helping and motivating all his clients to achieve and surpass their training goals.
