Back in 2004 when Eric was competing in the biggest basketball tournament in Hong Kong, sports and fitness had already been an integral part of his life. He clearly understood how fitness training could affect an athlete and how important it was to help him stay in top condition for his basketball career. Eric also understands that different people have different training needs; therefore he is committed to expanding his knowledge and helping clients with all aspirations to achieve their fitness goals.

Qualification Highlights:
• Poliquin International Certification Program (PICP) - Poliquin Performance Specialist Levels 1 & 2
• Certified International Personal Trainer, National Academy of Sports Medicine
• Certified in TRX Suspension Trainer
• Certificate in CPR, St John Ambulance
