Alex has always loved sports. He has been active in outdoor activities and exercise for a long time, particularly in dragon boat and swimming. As a personal trainer, he is passionate about helping people lead healthy and fruitful lives through sports and physical training.

He also enjoys sharing his personal and professional experience with his clients, hoping that his knowledge will inspire them to train harder, be stronger and aim higher in life.
