Having worked as a personal trainer for over 10 years, Mark believes his background in competitive martial arts like kickboxing and Taekwondo helped him to become a better teacher. This kind of discipline, which combined skills with athleticism, shaped his approach to fitness.

He has diversified skills as well, exploring different areas of training, such as, BOSU®, Pilates, Kettlebell, TRX and more.
