Kenny
Kenny was such a fan of BODYCOMBAT and BODYPUMP classes for many years, he became a trained instructor of both Les Mills programmes several years ago. Kenny prides himself on professional integrity in everything he does in life - be it his career, his family or his BODYCOMBAT & BODYPUMP classes. His greatest motivation comes from seeing clients work hard, sweat and have fun in his classes.

Kenny travels extensively in his current full-time job as the Business Director for a US-based company. Besides teaching at Pure, he enjoys all kinds of sports and music.

Think About

Don't eat late at night
Try not to eat too much at night as you'll wear the calories the next morning. Instead, have a healthy dinner in the evening.

Remember to warm up and cool down
Warming up and cooling down is important, they help increase flexibility and also decrease next day soreness.
