|Both a Physical Therapist and a fitness instructor, Venezuela-born Richard showed interest in sports and music even as a child playing different sports including Karate-Do. During primary and high school, he was always participating in cultural groups, dancing, acting, and also singing sometimes.|
Richard has been teaching Group Fitness since 2003 and received his first international certificate at the age of 17. He hasn't stopped learning and teaching since then, and is currently studying for a MBA in Sport Management and Event Planning. He is a passionate instructor and has a wide variety of fitness classes under his belt, specialising in Latin Dance and Salsa Fit.
He uses his innate enthusiasm to motivate students and to show them that working out is also lots of fun. He believes that stepping out from one's comfort zone and accepting new challenges are things worth pursuing in life.

Don't eat late at night
Try not to eat too much at night as you'll wear the calories the next morning. Instead, have a healthy dinner in the evening.
