Ferdie's ambition is to ensure that his clients get the best results they can get and learn the best techniques that he can provide them with. His love for sports and continued education gives him the edge for fulfilling all his clients' needs. He has competed in several K-1 competitions and has been teaching since 2002.

• BODYCOMBAT, BODYPUMP, RPM
• Vinyasa Yoga certified instructor - International Yoga Alliance
• Amateur kickboxing competitor

• Certified in CPR and AED - Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance
