Geoff

Geoff
Having played a number of sports at the top level in Australia and then going on to represent Hong Kong, Geoff has always been passionate about training and achieving results in his chosen fields.
He finds nothing more enjoyable than being a part of a team. And when he was introduced to the world of Group Fitness due to an injury that ended his competitive playing days, Geoff knew instantly that GX was for him!!

By sheer good luck, Geoff's training club was Les Mills Headquarters in Auckland, where he experienced first-hand how adaptable and beneficial the different Les Mills programmes were. They were initially a form of injury re-habilitation that eventually became his regular training. Whilst he loved all the Les Mills programmes, he connected the most were RPM, BODYPUMP and the GRIT Series.

In 2010, Geoff made the transition to become a certified Les Mills instructor, balancing his career in fashion with his passion for fitness. He looks forward to sharing some of the life-changing and positive experiences he's had in his fitness journey with everyone at Pure.

Qualification Highlights:
• Les Mills Certified Instructor for: RPM, GRIT and BODYPUMP

Training Areas:
- RPM, GRIT and BODYPUMP

Personal Interests:
Fitness, fashion, food and flying around the world doing all of the above!

Training Philosophy:
If you're going to work out, at least train with the intention to reward yourself with results - not to cheat yourself of them!!

Think About

Don't eat late at night
Try not to eat too much at night as you'll wear the calories the next morning. Instead, have a healthy dinner in the evening.

Treat yourself
When you reach your goals, reward yourself with a spa treatment, a new outfit or even a weekend break.
