Denis

Denis
Denis comes from a small city in West Java, Bogor. He began his fitness journey at the age of 17 after joining a gym and instantly fell in love with the energy and atmosphere in group exercise classes. Having experienced transformations in physical health and general well-being himself, he decided to become an instructor so he can share his knowledge with members and make positive impact on their lives.

Denis has taken various training courses to gain the relevant qualifications so he could become an instructor. When he is teaching on stage he does not feel he is working because working out is his passion. When he is off stage, he enjoys doing his own training at the gym or just snuggling under a blanket watching a DVD.
