For most of us, the weekend is a welcome chance to unwind. And for those who attended the Yoga for Stress Management workshop with Diptom, it was a session of blissful calm as well as a lesson in managing stress.

Diptom designed this special workshop by combining Pranayama - modulation of breath - with traditional techniques known for meditation and concentration. His intention was to unlock the scientific and authentic benefits of Yoga to improve the quality of wellness in our hectic day-to-day lives. The focus was on Yoga's immense psychological benefits, inviting the peacefulness that Yoga brings to the body into a deeper internal space that often houses the stress of our daily grind. Those who suffer from anxiety or sleep disorders benefitted from techniques and experiences unveiled in the workshop, and all the participants now have a fresh awareness of stress management.

After 90 minutes of Yoga and Yoga education with Diptom, all minds and bodies were ready to face the week ahead, reinvigorated and stress-free.
