The exercise you should do is the one you enjoy doing. Any aerobic activity which you can to do 3-5 times a week at a moderate intensity for at least 20 continuous minutes, will help you burn calories eg. walking, running, swimming, cycling even love making!

Is Sugar Bad?
Sugar has gained a nasty reputation over the years largely because it is so often found in combination with high levels of fat in foods such as ice cream and pastries. Sugar is also a major source of "empty calories" with no real nutrient content.

Our bodies have been bombarded with sugar, with the average person eating their own body weight of the substance each year. This has happened far to quickly for us to adopt properly, and as a result, life-threatening disease such as diabetes, are becoming more and more popular.

Aim to keep your intake to a minimum level, however this is hard to do, just look at the ingredients listing on most products. Aim to eliminate processed sugars from your diet, relying more on natural sweeteners such as honey, or fruits.

Do carbohydrates make you fat?
Any food can make you fat, not just those foods high in carbohydrates. Carbohydrates, like protein, provide 4 calories per gram; fat provides 9 calories per gram. But complex carbohydrates (starches such as bread, pasta, rice, and potatoes), especially those derived from whole grains, are the body's best source of energy nourishment when they replace saturated fats and excess protein in the diet. Eating more calories than you work off and leading a sedentary lifestyle are what add the extra "poundage."

What is Circuit Training?
Circuit training means moving quickly from one muscle group to the next during a workout, which allows you to burn more calories by working more muscles in less time. The key to minimizing your total downtime between sets is by utilizing opposing muscle groups in sequence, such as going from a biceps move to a triceps one, or working your quads followed by your hamstrings, or going from an upper-body exercise to a lower-body one.

Why is cool-down an important part of aerobic activity?
After any aerobic activity, the blood is pooled in the extremities, and the heart rate is elevated. The purpose of the cool-down is to bring the heart rate down to near-resting level and to facilitate blood circulation back to the heart. Stopping abruptly could result in fainting or place undue stress on the heart. The cool-down should also include stretching to help relax the muscles and increase flexibility.

Do Crunches and Butt work slim those areas down?
There is no such thing as "spot reducing". Aerobic exercise reduces body fat deposits as they are used for energy. Where these body fat deposits come from first, depends on your genetics. Weight training will increase the overall resting metabolism by 50 calories for each 1 pound of muscle added.

What is the best time of day to exercise?
The best time to work out is when you want to, so pick a time of day that feels comfortable. The morning (before you eat breakfast) is the best time for cardio work because your glycogen stores within the muscles and liver are at their lowest. This causes the body to look for other sources of energy, i.e., fat stores.
